Golden-Bellied Gerygone (Gerygone sulphurea)

These tiny birds are well known for their loud, wheezy song. They either go solitary or in groups, often actively jumping around tree canopies searching for food like insects. They are found throughout the Philippines in a wide range of habitats including forests and gardens. The IUCN lists them as least concern however there appears to be decrease in the population trend.
